Our estimate form asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number, location, and message. Please do not include passwords, security codes, payment card numbers, or other sensitive information in the message field.

For some locksmith services, our technician may ask to see identification or proof that you are authorized to access a property or vehicle. We may record that this verification was completed.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may also collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to collect some of this information.

We use these records to respond to customers, provide service, review service quality, resolve questions or disputes, and understand which advertising brings customers to us. If you do not want to discuss a particular detail on a recorded call, you can contact us by email.
